Does exercise help to heal hemorrhoids? Speaking from my own experience I have to say it does indeed. However there are some specific exercises that are more effective than others when it comes to relieving the discomfort caused by piles.
Here is something that is easy to do in your own home without going outside. This exercise for hemorrhoids that I chose to do is really a yoga sequence called “Salute to the sun”. I found that if I performed this yoga sequence every morning before breakfast that soon the swelling of the hemorrhoid began to reduce. This is not the only treatment that I used for the healing hemorrhoids. I also took this herbal remedy. I took this after the yoga each morning at least 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast. This herbal hemorrhoid cure very quickly helped to stop the itch and reduce the pain and bleeding.
The yoga helped my blood circulation and digestive system which in turn reduced constipation. I also reduced my meat products intake until I became vegetarian. This was easy because I could feel the difference it was making to my body and comfort. My stools became softer and passed easier. Eating less meat also increased the effectiveness of the herbal remedy I was taking. It was all very good.
“So how do I do this ‘Salute to the sun’ yoga thingy?” you might ask. You can view the video at the bottom of this page for simple instructions. However I must point out that it is important to follow the breathing instructions in the video. Usually you will inhale when you stretch out or extend and exhale when you fold or contract your body.
This yoga sequence is a wonderful way to begin the day by limbering up your body and getting the blood circulating. Then after completing the sequence placing the herbal remedy under your tongue where many tiny corpuscles will deliver the healing medicine quickly through your blood stream. This means you get hemorrhoid pain relief much faster. Here is the link to the herbal remedy.
